Marriage Licenses
MARRIAGE LICENSES – Marriage licenses may be obtained at the Town Clerk's office for $40.00. The license must be obtained at least 24 hours prior to the service, and both of the parties need to be present. Birth Certificates and photo identification are required. If either party has been divorced, all divorce papers must be presented to the clerk. If either party has been married before and your previous spouse is deceased, please bring the death certificate. Residents who are unable to visit the town hall during normal business hours can call for an appointment at their convenience.
