BIRTH and DEATH RECORDS – The Town Clerk is also the Registrar of Vital Statistics. This office is the repository for all birth and death records of anyone who was born or passed away in the Town of Somerset, including the Village of Barker, beginning in 1880 to present. We have a few records prior to 1880. If you need a record, you may apply using the following forms. If you do not need a certified copy, please use the genealogy form.
