If your garbage or recycling is not picked up by Modern, you are to call their customer service directly.  The phone number is 716-754-8226.  You may also use this number for any questions that you may have.  Remember, they require you to have your items to the curb before 6:00AM even if they normally pickup at your house in the afternoon. They do not always stick to the same schedule so if your items are not out that early, they could be missed and they will not come back to collect them if they have already been by your residence.
